There shouldn t have been a way for you to get to the save in the temple unless you found a glitch or something you needed to go get the mana crystal and ice soul in the frozen crypts. But i got a green crab and 2 new green enemies after re entering the room which lock the door. Unsure if this is needed so will just put it in anyways spoilers i am unsure if the new update has brought this in or not but on my way through the mana crystal mines playing as gilda who is a badass btw i noticed a divine door. It seems that people have played as the new characters and i dont see any obvious clues in game or here.

The demon key can be found in the crystal mines it s the area just west of ishk.
