This is a list of sympto read more. I have a 2005 toyota sienna xle with dual power sliding doors. Latch motor failure sometimes the side door will struggle to open when you press the button to automatically open it. When the passenger side sliding door is forced open it can then be closed using the front dash switch the passenger door switch or the fob.

We can think of a few common reasons. The door is supposed to unlatch first before it triggers the motor to pull it open. At first the door won t work properly. Problem started intermittantly but now won t open at all.

Both electric sliding doors will not open. Come along as i struggle to videotape the diagnosis and fix for a 2011 toyota sienna inoperative sliding power door which won t open even when in manual mode.
